Using secureskyway: The Basics

By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any other FaresQuest service you agree to become a binding contract through these terms. If you don’t agree, you will have to stay this journey away. We may launch new terms from time to time (and hence, pay attention to this page occasionally). If you continue to use our site, you agree with them.

Booking Your Travel

When you reserve a trip by clicking "book now" you are entering into an agreement directly with the Travel Provider (the airline, hotel, etc.) and not terms which set forth this Agreement. We are just the site that makes it simple to identify and book the most effective offers!

Travel Documents: Your Responsibility

SecureSkyways is not responsible for troubles concerning missing documents—so be sure about it.

Payments & Cancellations

1. The cards our system accepts are MasterCard, Discover American Express, & Visa.
2. Revisions and payments are due at the time due, failure of which shall result in cancellation. If your payment is made late, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.
3. Stand Cancelation Policy differs from one Travel Provider to another. If you want to cancel , please contact us at [email protected].

Who We Are (and Aren't)

• Secureskyways is a channel to the travel provider. We don’t operate airlines, hotels, or ships in cruise.
• We cannot be responsible for delays, cancellations, lost luggage, any surprise of the trip.

-Legal Stuff & Disputes

• These conditions are in compliance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
• Any legal dispute shall be resolved by going to Dallas County, Texas, via arbitration, not through a lawsuit.
• If any part of these terms are invalid, the remainder of these terms are still in full force and effect.

Final reminders

Use of secureskyways is governed by these terms. If you don't, you will have no other choice but to stop using our website (but we ‘d be sad to lose you!).
